# Allergy Ledger

> Allergy Ledger is an app for UK schools that keeps every allergic pupil's details, Individual Healthcare Plan and adrenaline devices in one place, gives any adult an emergency screen that works offline, and helps the school show it is meeting the allergy safety duty in England (Benedict's Law: section 34 of the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Act 2026, in force from 1 September 2026, plus the DfE statutory guidance "Allergy safety in schools", July 2026). ## Key facts
- Who it is for: state and independent schools across the UK, and multi-academy trusts. Always free for parents and staff.
- Pricing (per school per year, excluding VAT, by pupils on roll): £250 up to 150; £395 for 151 to 420; £495 for 421 to 800; £695 for 801 to 1,500; £895 over 1,500 or special/AP schools. Free pilot term. 50% off the first year for the first 100 founding schools. Trusts: 20% off for 3 to 9 schools, 30% off for 10 or more.
- Pay by card, Bacs Direct Debit or invoice with a purchase order.
- Data stored in the UK (London). Pupil data is never sold, shared or used for advertising, analytics or AI training.
- Apps for iPhone, iPad and Android planned for early 2027.
